Cancellation Policy

A non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. In the event you need to cancel please do so more than 24hrs from appointment time. A deposit is able to be transferred to another date one time as a courtesy if it is more than 24hrs from original appointment time. For in studio appointments: CONTACT US ASAP IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE. There 10 min grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required when rescheduling. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Cash. Prices reflect 10% cash discount. All purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges. We are NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen jewelry. * We offer a 30 DAY WELDING WARRANTY that will cover ONE complimentary re weld in the event the jewelry breaks at the JUMP RING. In the event the jewelry is broken at the chain within the warranty time period, our technician(s) will do their best to salvage the jewelry BUT it may incur a fee if more material is needed. Anything over 30 days would be subjected to a rewelding fee *
